Pre-K Ballet Ages 2-5
An Introduction to Ballet Technique and Class Structure
Pre-K Ballet introduces young dancers ages 2-5 to the beautiful foundations of ballet in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate way. Dancers will begin learning basic ballet positions, simple steps, coordination, posture, and classroom etiquette.
Adaptive Dance
Dance is for everybody!
Adaptive Dance is designed for dancers of all abilities, including those with physical, developmental, sensory, or cognitive differences. Each class is structured with flexibility, patience, and individualized support so every dancer can participate in a way that works for them. The focus is on joy, movement, confidence, and inclusion - not perfection. Every dancer is celebrated for their effort, progress, and unique way of moving.
Ballet
Graceful Foundations
Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles, focusing on posture, grace, balance, and technique. Dancers will learn ballet positions, terminology, and movements while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Jazz
Rhythmic Energy
Jazz is a high-energy, expressive style that blends technique with personality and performance. Dancers will learn kicks, turns, leaps, and stylized movement while improving coordination, rhythm, and strength. Classes are upbeat and fun, helping dancers build confidence while exploring dynamic movement and choreography.

**Dancers that wish to participate in jazz must also be enrolled in ballet, as ballet provides the foundational technique for all styles.
Tiny Movers Ages 2-5
Movement, Music, and Creativity
Tiny Movers is the perfect first step into dance for our youngest dancers, ages 2-5. This class focuses on fun, imagination-based movement while gently introducing basic dance concepts like listening skills, coordination, gross motor skills, balance, and following directions.
Lyrical/Contemporary
Expressive Storytelling
Lyrical and contemporary focuses on emotional expression and storytelling through movement. Dancers will blend ballet and modern technique to learn fluid movement, musical interpretation, and expressive choreography. This style encourages creativity, connection to music, and self-expression.

Acro
Dynamic Strength
Acro combines dance technique with controlled gymnastics-based skills such as tumbling, flexibility, and strength work. Dancers progress safely through skills based on their individual level, with a strong focus on proper technique, safety, and body control.
